SETUP ALL LOCATION SITES
In your company profile enter all your pickup locations with detailed instructions to best communicate the needs at each site. This should include dock hours, container size restrictions, dock or no dock, staging requirements.

CREATE YOUR 1ST AUCTION LISTING IN DRAFT MODE
Take your time and enter a detailed list of products with photos for this 1st auction with shipping weights, product details, type of packaging, origin of the products sold and additional packaging and handling costs as necessary

REVIEW, EDIT, REVIEW, EDIT and REVIEW AGAIN!
You want to make sure you have provided complete details with product photos to help future bidders understand the quality of your products and your desire to give them all the information they may need to bid successfully.

BUY NOW OPTION
Take advantage of the BUY NOW option to move your auction along by posting a desired $ amount.

GO LIVE!
During your go live period, before an active bid is posted, you still can cancel and relist the auction. Don't hesitate to do so if you find something you want to change or add.

DUPLICATE AUCTIONS and GO LIVE AGAIN!
Do you have multiple auctions to post? Do not worry, you can duplicate your last auction(s), edit the details and product content and list your next auction!

TRACK YOUR AUCTION ACTIVITY
When the Auction is active, you will be able to track all bidders until the last hour, which we call the blind hour. The Buy Now option will only be available prior to the last hour.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE SOLD YOUR FIRST LOAD ON MyThriftXchange.COM
The winning bidder will make payment in full via PayPal.com within 48 Hours. PayPal will send the proceeds to you immediately.

SHIPPING THE GOODS!
Once payment has been received, MyThriftXchange will send an email to both the buyer and yourself with full detailed shipping instructions and complete contact data. It is your responsibility to help the buyer schedule the pickup.

SUCCESSFUL DOCUMENTATION CONTROL
To finalize a successful auction, we recommend you supply the following document packet and photos for complete audit control. A detailed and legible Bill of Lading, signed and dated by driver and consignee with seal # printed legibly, detailed product log dated with accurate weights and totals, 1 photo of inside empty container with license plate visible, 1 photo container half full with product, 1 photo container full, 1 photo with doors closed with appropriate seal secured and exterior container IDs visible.
