MyThriftXchange has partnered with PayPal for dispute resolution. PayPal for Business navigates all financial disputes between the buyer and seller. In a dispute, the seller must provide certified scales, all shipping documents with photos of the products they shipped. The buyer must substantiate their claim with certified scales, all receiving shipping documents and photos through the PayPal dispute process.
